Greetings in Jesus’ name! You (and your spouse, if applicable) are cordially invited to attend the 38th Annual Oklahoma District Ministers' Retreat on Friday and Saturday, February 20-21, 2026. This retreat is for licensed ministers and their spouse. The retreat will be held at Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center, 200 W. Albany Drive, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, and is always a great time for ministers to relax, fellowship, receive instruction, and be renewed in the Holy Ghost.

We are excited this year to have Rev. Tim Gaddy as our guest speaker. The cost, which includes registration, the Friday evening meal (Enchilada Buffet) and Saturday breakfast is $160.00 per couple; the cost for a single individual is $80.00.  These rates do not include your hotel reservation.  You will be responsible to make your own room reservation with the hotel directly at the rate of $110/night (see below).

The event is business casual (no ties)

What's for dinner?
Los Cabos - Enchilada Buffet (fajita chicken or beef, rice, black beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, chips and salsa)

Where is breakfast?
The hotel serves complimentary breakfast located next level up from the hotel lobby.

What is the deadline to cancel my hotel reservation?
Please refer to hotel's cancelation policy.

What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend and need to cancel your registration, please reach out to Rev. Rick Hughes ASAP for a refund.  (Please note that hotel cancelations and refunds will be handled by the hotel directly.)

Is there a registration rate for those who will not eat dinner on Friday night?
Yes, the rate is $100/couple or $50/individual (sessions only) and is listed when you process payment below.

Can I register more than one couple at a time?
No, you may only register one couple/individual at a time with this form.
