Policy:

The Oklahoma District is excited to provide financial assistance to potential or existing church planters who have not reached North American Missions status.  

The maximum monthly assistance is $500 for up to 12 months.  The monies may be used for any purpose that is directly related to the growth and development of a new preaching point/daughter work.  Examples:  (Rent of a building, outreach endeavors, signage, etc.)

The pastor of the mother church must fill out the application below, in order for funds to be sent to the mother church.  Please note that to receive funds, the preaching point/daughter work must be approved by the district board.

A monthly online report must be submitted to give a brief update of the progress of the preaching point/daughter work.  This may be done by the pastor or the minister who is overseeing the church plant.  A check will be sent each month upon receipt of the report.

A church may only apply for one preaching point/daughter work every 12 months to allow other churches to participate in this endeavor.  (Exceptions to this rule can be made with district board approval)  

This entire policy is based upon the availability of funds and can be modified at any time by the district board. Please allow up to two months for the approval process.
